About This Project

A specialty coffee brand wanted to break into younger demographics without alienating existing customers. We identified 22 micro and mid-tier creators across lifestyle, wellness, and foodie niches—prioritizing engagement rates and audience authenticity over follower counts. Campaigns featured genuine product integration, not scripted ads, generating 340+ pieces of user-generated content. 

Influencer-driven traffic converted at 4.2x the rate of paid ads, brand awareness among 18-34 demographic increased 176%, and influencer content outperformed brand-created ads by 289% in engagement.
