A multi-brand hospitality group had fragmented messaging across properties—different tones, inconsistent visuals, and no unified narrative. We developed a master communication strategy defining brand voice, key messages, and tone guidelines for each audience segment while maintaining family brand cohesion. 

Every property received customized playbooks ensuring local flavor within global standards. Brand sentiment scores improved 81%, guest retention increased 34%, and cross-property bookings (guests visiting multiple locations) rose by 118% year-over-year.
