A fitness app had organic content but no structured approach—posts were random, inconsistent, and conversion-agnostic. We built a 90-day SMM strategy with campaign themes, a content calendar following the 70/20/10 framework, and platform-specific KPIs tied to user acquisition goals. Educational content established authority, engagement content built community, and promotional content drove downloads.


Follower growth accelerated 203%, engagement rate tripled from 1.8% to 5.4%, and app installs from social channels increased by 267% quarter-over-quarter.
