The audit revealed 68% of budget was wasted on underperforming platforms and misaligned targeting. We recommended a focused LinkedIn strategy with refined ICP targeting and content repositioning. 

After implementation, cost-per-lead dropped 52%, while lead quality scores improved by 91%.
